Information on Downloading Files
MP4 video files come in two types, SQ (standard quality) and HQ (high quality). SQ files are encoded at 225Kbps and HQ files are encoded at 664Kbps.
MP3 audio files are encoded at 64Kbps mono.
Help with downloading files
Some browsers will download your files to a media player in your browser. To directly download your files the following steps will be helpful.
Internet Explorer: Right click (or hold down the control key and click) on the file and choose
"Save Target As..."
Firefox: Right click (or hold down the control key and click) on the file and choose
"Save Link As..."
Safari: Right click (or hold down the control key and click) on the file and choose
"Download Linked File"
